By purchasing or accessing any DELARO product, you agree to these terms. DELARO ("we", "us") operates as an independent studio based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, across a set of digital and physical-goods ventures.
Products. Access is delivered through the platform specified for each venture (a storefront, a Discord community, a downloadable file, or a hosted application). Physical goods are fulfilled and shipped per the policies of the venture selling them.
Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Shopify. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Subscription products bill on a recurring basis at the stated price until canceled; by subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
License & acceptable use. Purchase of a digital product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share product files, membership access, or course materials without written permission. Intellectual property remains with DELARO.
Changes. We may update these terms or offerings over time. Material changes appear on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Subscriptions. Cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing immediately and access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period.
One-time digital products. Because these are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once downloaded or accessed. If you have not yet accessed the product you may request a full refund within 14 days; if a product is defective or materially not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Physical goods follow the return/exchange policy of the venture that sold them, shown at that store's checkout.
We collect only what is needed to deliver your purchase and provide support — typically your email, payment details (handled and stored by Stripe or Shopify, never by us), and any username you provide for community access. We do not sell your personal information.
